We are seeking a highly motivated individual with project management and integrated marketing and events experience to join MG Residential, our award-winning residential sales team. This temp-to-perm role is essential to the continued growth of the team, which is expanding into additional markets in the Washington, DC metro area.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Home Sale (“Listing”) Support
  • Execute a listing launch plan for all The Menkiti Group listings - Manage consistent quality presentation of all listings by coordinating weekly property visits and providing feedback
  • Assist with weekly client feedback reports
  • Call agents who have shown listings to gather feedback
  • Manage inventory of equipment and location of signs and lock boxes
  • Coordinate placement of signs for open houses and for sales signs as needed.
  • Complete listing close out plan
Customer Service & Advertising
  • Deliver pre-listing packages and client gifts as necessary
  • Coordinate meetings with contractors, inspectors, and appraisers as necessary
  • Ensure home inspection items are taken care of prior to client walk through
  • Assist with open house and event preparation, coordination and promotion
  • Create email marketing campaigns to advertise open houses and other special events
  • Advertise and monitor listings across multiple websites, including, MLS, company’s website, and various social media platforms
Integrated Marketing & Events
  • Design and execute brand and property-specific integrated marketing campaigns to drive sales team lead generation
  • Manage the day-to-day execution for a high volume of residential property listings leveraging a network of agents, client database, online syndication, social media, video, direct mail, and other proven tactics
  • Drive campaigns through content management system and effectively monitor success
  • Maintain high brand standards through the design, production and updating of both print collateral and digital marketing materials
  • Develop content for property listings, event promotion, social media, video, listing and buyer presentations, etc.
  • Maintain marketing platform and branded collateral for real estate professionals to leverage for individualized marketing initiatives
  • Plan, manage, and document high-visibility events for client engagement, brand recognition, and community impact
  • Oversee sales content on corporate website and blog updates

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Provide high-level administrative support to the team leader through maintaining and managing multiple systems designed to increase overall team efficiency and productivity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Database / CRM proficiency
  • Minimum of 3 (three) years of integrated marketing experience;
  • Graphic design background required
  • Familiarity and competence with design, email, campaign management platforms, MailChimp, database management platforms, and reputation management platforms
  • Expertise in all our primary tools: MailChimp, Canva, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Pro DC, Wix, WordPress, Eventbrite
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team setting as well as drive work individually;
  • Bachelor's Degree, plus 3-5 years of prior work experience
  • Real Estate knowledge, including having worked with another Real Estate company will be a huge asset, though not required.
