This position fulfills a critical role within the organization and is essential as the family of companies expands.   
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing all operational systems and processes throughout the enterprise including, but not limited to office management, information technology, human resources, and hiring and training of the staff. The most important priority for the Operations Manager is bringing all of the above systems and responsibilities together in order to improve efficiencies across the family of companies and provide best in class service to internal and external stakeholders.  
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with all business units to ensure core operational activities are running smoothly and enhancing the efficiency of the business units. 
  • Ensure operational policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
  • Manage the recruiting and onboarding process for new employees across the family of companies.
  • Manage the company’s health and welfare benefits programs.
  • Maintain equipment inventories, IT inventories, and all equipment purchases.
  • Maintain and updates manuals documenting operating systems.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Oversee general office management and functions.
  • Reallocate office space and resources based on growth.  Assist with office expansions.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, Chief of Staff and the Senior Leadership as needed.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience
  • Ability to manage a process from beginning to end
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver error-free work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and care
  • Client focused, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially with composting memos, letters and Power Point Presentations
  • Extremely organized, self-disciplined and professional in demeanor
  • Experience in a high-growth environment preferred
  • HR certifications a plus
