Junior Listing Coordinator

The Menkiti Group’s residential sales team (MG Residential) is seeking an energetic, organized and detail oriented Junior Listing Coordinator to facilitate all aspects of the home sales process.

Responsibilities will include:

Home Sale (“Listing”) Support
- Execute a listing launch plan for all Menkiti Group listings
- Manage consistent quality presentation of all listings by conducting weekly property visits and providing feedback
- Assist with weekly client feedback reports
- Call agents who have shown listings to gather feedback
- Manage inventory of equipment and location of signs and lock boxes
- Place signs for open houses and for sales signs as needed.
- Complete listing close out plan

Customer Service
- Deliver pre-listing packages and client gifts as necessary
- Meet contractors, inspectors, and appraisers as necessary
- Ensure home inspection items are taken care of prior to client walk through

- Assist with open house and event preparation, coordination and promotion
- Assist Listing Coordinator and Director of Marketing with marketing campaigns including but not limited to social media and printed materials.

Top candidates will be highly motivated, passionate about real estate, and ready to work hard for significant results.  The ideal candidate will be committed to follow-up and follow-through, be able to maintain structure in a fast-paced environment, and possess the flexibility to integrate seamlessly into diverse communication flows, along with the capacity to effectively prioritize and work independently. A commitment to quality, composure under pressure, ownership of responsibilities, and a positive outlook are paramount.
  • BA or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience; property management experience is helpful
  • Flexible weekly availability and consistent availability on Friday afternoons and Sunday mornings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Self-starter and problem solver
  • Genuine interest in homes & real estate
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Commitment to follow through with tasks and projects
  • Must have a car for reliable transportation
